Fisiopatologia da hanseníase: resposta imunológica relacionada às formas clínicas

O objetivo do presente estudo é elucidar a fisiopatologia da hanseníase e relacioná-la com as suas formas clínicas por meio de uma revisão narrativa. A busca dos artigos foi realizada nas bases dados LILACS, PUBMED, SCIELO, MEDLINE BVS, foram utilizados os descritores: hanseníase, Mycobacterium leprae, reação hansênica. pesquisa restrita aos estudos publicados partir 2013 até o ano 2021, pertinentes ao tema selecionados. apresenta complexa, correlacionada diferentes padrões imunes, envolvendo células dendríticas, receptores reconhecimento padrão (PRRs), macrófagos natural killers (NK), quais liberarão interleucinas que determinarão tipo resposta imunológica hospedeiro, dentre abordamos Th1, Th2, Th17, T reguladores (Treg), Th9, Th22 outras. Quando imune celular for ativado predomínio paciente tende evoluir polo benigno (hanseníase tuberculoide), caso específica seja branda ou ausente antígenos mesmo agente, prevalência Th2 humoral, indivíduo maligno virchowiana) doença, bem como desenvolvimento reações hansênicas 1 2.
